- F.Sc Pre-Medical: Minimum 45% marks from any Board of Higher Secondary Education in Sindh.
- Matric: Minimum 45% marks with Physics, Biology and Chemistry from any Board of Secondary Education in Sindh (if seats are available).
- Domicile: Must be from Sindh Province.
- Age: 14-35 years, according to Pakistan Nursing Council rules.

Obtain the Admission Form:
- Visit the Principal’s office at one of the Public Health Schools: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, or Tharparkar at Mithi.
- Pay Rs. 200 to receive the admission form.
Fill Out the Application Form:
- Complete all sections of the form accurately.
Attach Required Documents:
- Attested photocopies of:
- Matric Pass Certificate (showing date of birth).
- F.Sc (Pre-Medical) Pass Certificate.
- Marks Sheets for Matric and F.Sc (Pre-Medical).
